About Me

I'm Sandra and am married to the most understanding and wonderful husband.  He puts up with my interiors obsession and doesn't even really flinch (well, not much), when I suggest changing a room around or painting it a different colour.

I've always had a love of interiors, right from when I was a young girl, and picked my bedroom wallpaper from Laura Ashley.  Also, I don't suppose there are many 21 year olds, that choose wardrobes as their special birthday gift.  

My dream came true recently, when Betty joined our family! ... Betty is our Aga.  I'm still learning how to use, it but oh my goodness, she's a beauty.

So more about me; Simon and I live by the coast, in a home that used to belong to his grandparents; its a happy home, with lots of fun memories.  We have two Lakeland Terriers, who seem to be forever in training! I live in hope we'll get it right.  

I'm also a crafter, I will dabble in all things, but scrapbooking is my first love, but sewing is a close close second.  I do have another crafting blog called All Things Pretty.  Do pop over if you get a chance and say hello.
